blogkomm is a commenting script for weblogs that allows comments to appear within your blog, below the posts.
No database is needed: CSS-styled comments, multilingual User Interface, browser-based setup and configuration plus admin-tool are stored on your own webserver.
Test it out in my (german) blog below, comments in any language are appreciated.

are you unhappy with blogger and you are able to use php/mysql? textpattern could be your choice. today i set up 3 installations at work within 1 hour. really nice piece of software with installer, clean URL-rewriting, multi-user (multi-blog)-ready and including textile, an easy-to-type syntax to create XHTML within your posts.Comments:
